This brick built chapel was erected in 1901

There are numerous named foundation stones round this impressive building. It is still in use for worship in 2014 and there appears to be a lot of community involvement.

My recollection is that, as an evacuee to Gnosall in 1944, we spent our first night sleeping on the floor of the Methodist Hall.

Does anyone else remember this?
