Howle Primitive Methodist Chapel, Shropshire
Visiting the chapel site in February 2024 it was sad to see how the building was becoming jaded and overgrown. It appears to be used as either some form of storage or workshop.
There is a Chapel plaque on the wall facing the road with a date of 1869, plus writing, which is just discernible. The Methodist Church’s Statistical Returns of 1972/3 states the chapel was opened in 1870 and seated 60 persons.
