I was interested to read about my Ancestor William Driffield – I am at the moment trying to decipher his journal (a copy of the original written by his mother prior to sending the original to my great uncle William Driffield)  My grandfather Arthur is my direct link to William Driffield and I have lots of family documents.  Plus details of the Reverend Brownsons marriage to Tomasin Driffield (they are my great grandparents according to the census at the time)  Love to know lots more and have lots more to give.

  • William Driffield (1799 – 1855) is my maternal great great grandfather. I was thrilled to find someone who also claims him as an ancestor because I have been able to find nothing regarding his ancestry.  I tried to download the Primitive Methodist Magazine with is obit but was unsuccessful.  Can anyone fill me in on his family (mother/father/siblings)?

    Thanks.
