Westleton Primitive Methodist chapel was opened in 1868 and served for a century before closing in 1968.
At the time of Keith Guyler’s photograph it was in commercial use for art exhibitions and other things. It has since evolved into a quirky second hand bookshop; in 2009 a sign by a large can on the owner’s desk said, “BASH CAN WITH STICK TO GET ATTENTION”
location: 441961
