I think this is the ex-PM Chapel in Shouldham, Norfolk. It is now a house, but the sign on the side in the first picture reads ‘The Old Chapel’. I know there was a PM Chapel in Shouldham because my mother was born in this village in 1917, while her father, Rev. Frank Davidson, a PM Minister, was stationed here.

An account by H Gunns of the opening of the chapel on May 13th 1866 is in the Primitive Methodist magazine of September 1866 (page 557). WS Procter had bought the site.
Speakers at the opening included B Redhead (Hilgay), H Gunns, W Hoseby (Docking) and W Lift. Donations and other help were provided by Messrs WS Procter, Rust, Lift, Cork, King and Carter.
Shouldham, which was first missioned in 1836, had a population of around 700.
The new chapel measured 30′ x 21′ and cost £230
