Sandtoft Primitive Methodist Chapel has been closely associated with the Epworth Methodist churches, and was latterly part of the Epworth & Crowle Methodist circuit. Despite this it is over the Lincolnshire/Yorkshire county boundary and is in Yorkshire.It was built in 1836 and closed in 1992.It is now in private ownership.During the second world war and the immediate years after it prospered because of its being sited adjacent to an R.A.F camp.

Although part of the hamlet of Sandtoft is in Lincolnshire, the chapel stood on the south side of Low Levels Bank a few yards over the county boundary in the parish of Hatfield in the West Riding of Yorkshire.
The chapel was built in 1839 and closed in 1992.
