Methwold Primitive Methodist chapel
Globe Street Methwold IP26 4PQ
Keith Guyler 1996
Methwold Primitive Methodist chapel was opened in 1866.
It closed before 1940 and at the time of Keith Guyler’s photograph in 1996, it was in use as a house. I cannot track it down on Google Street View.

The house opposite number 29 Globe Street, was originally a chapel.
I am currently researching my family tree.
According to the 1901 census, my great grandfather lived at number 36d Globe Street. I cannot see most of the house numbers from Google Street View. However, further down Globe Street opposite number 29 there appears to be a house which may have once been a chapel.
I would be grateful if anyone has any more information about this.
