Williams, Hannah (abt1822-1899)

Transcription of Obituary In the Christian Messenger

MRS. HANNAH WILLIAMS, of Crickheath, died on March 8th, aged 77 years. She was converted to God under the preaching of the late Mr. Edward Rogers, of Pant, and for over forty years was a consistent and useful member of Morton Society, Llanymynech circuit. When health permitted she was very regular in her attendance at the various means of grace. She was a lover of the class meeting, and also did excellent service among the children in the Sunday school. Her last illness was long and painful but her confidence in God was unshaken. She died trusting in the merits of God, her Saviour, and was interred in Morton churchyard on March 10th. May all her children meet her again in the better land.
