Garboldisham Primitive Methodist chapel was opened in 1893. There is a note to record the fact in the Primitive Methodist magazine.
It is still in use in 2015 and little changed from the time of Keith Guyler’s photograph in 1986.

Sadly the chapel closed it’s doors in 2022. The final service was on 29th May 2022 and was led by Mr Neville Hodson a local preacher from Thetford.
This page was modified on 9 August 2016 to add an article from the Christian Messenger 1902, which provides some interesting history about the PM Society at Garboldisham, including a sketch of the first chapel.
